Exchanges and returns will only be accepted within a period of up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the merchandise. The date of receipt is considered to be the date reported by the Post Office, even if the receipt was made by third parties such as doormen, receptionists, family members, etc.
Cases of shipping errors or manufacturing defects must be reported within the same timeframe; in such cases, the return shipping will be at our expense.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery times for products in Brazil vary from 2 to 4 weeks after dispatch, depending on the region of the country. Product dispatch occurs within 72 hours of payment confirmation. Due to delays caused by the pandemic, delivery times may be extended to up to 60 business days.

We are not responsible for delivery delays as shipping is done through the postal service, which is fully responsible for product delivery. We are responsible for the immediate dispatch of the product and also for a full refund if the postal service fails to deliver within a maximum of 90 days, as well as the replacement of any product that presents defects due to mishandling during transport.
Sometimes the product gets held up in Customs in Curitiba or Rio de Janeiro due to inspection by the Federal Revenue Service. They check all packages entering Brazil, which causes delays due to high demand, and therefore may result in delivery delays. But don't worry, your product will arrive at your address.
