Shipping and Returns
Exchanges and returns will only be accepted within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of merchandise collection. Collection dates will be considered those provided by the postal service, even if the collection was made by third parties, such as doormen, receptionists, family members, etc.
Cases of shipping errors or manufacturing defects must be reported within the same period; in this case, the return shipping will be at our expense.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery time for products in Brazil varies from 2 to 4 weeks after shipment, depending on the region of the country. The product is shipped within 72 hours of payment confirmation. Due to delays caused by the pandemic, the delivery time may be extended to up to 60 business days.
The tracking code will be sent by email within 7 business days after payment confirmation, as indicated on the product page.
If your product is taking longer than the estimated delivery time above, please check the tracking code. If you have difficulty tracking your order, please contact us at contato@sualoja.com.br and our support team will assist you.
We are not responsible for delivery delays, as shipping is done by the Post Office, and the delivery of products is their sole responsibility. We are responsible for the immediate shipment of the product and a full refund if the Post Office does not deliver within 90 days, as well as the replacement of any product that presents defects resulting from improper handling during transport.
Sometimes, the product may be held at customs in Curitiba or Rio de Janeiro due to inspection by the Federal Revenue Service. They check all packages entering Brazil, which causes delays due to high demand and therefore may result in delivery delays. But don't worry, your product will arrive at your address.
