We work with a delivery time that varies between 2 to 4 business weeks after the shipping date. Please note that Saturdays and Sundays are not business days.
Our records indicate that 90% of customers receive their products within 25 business days after shipping. This estimate is for capital cities and metropolitan areas.
*The product is shipped directly to you from our international suppliers located in the USA, Europe, and Asia, and has an estimated delivery time of 2 to 4 weeks after shipment. We guarantee a tracking code so the customer can follow the entire delivery progress.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING PRODUCTS
After payment approval by PagSeguro, we begin the shipping process for your product within 72 hours. PagSeguro generally takes 48 hours to authorize credit card purchases and 72 hours for purchases made with Boleto (Brazilian payment slip). The shipping process will only begin after payment confirmation by PagSeguro.
In areas with delivery restrictions, products will be available for pickup at post office branches.
If your order includes 2 or more products, they will be shipped in separate packages and individual tracking codes will be issued.
All products are shipped with an International Tracking Code. This code will be automatically sent to your email and will be available for tracking on the postal service website within 7 business days after order processing. The postal service website waits for the merchandise to enter the country before tracking it.
Using the tracking code sent to you by email, on our website in the "Track your order" section and on the postal service website, you can follow all the details of your package's location, delivery attempts, and the post office branch to which the product was sent, if applicable.
2. ABOUT DELIVERIES
Please ensure someone is present at the delivery address to receive the product. The postal service makes three delivery attempts. If all three attempts fail, the package will be taken to the nearest post office, and you will need to pick up the product there within 7 calendar days. After 7 days, storage fees will be charged by the postal service according to the weight and volume of the product, and in this case, we are not responsible.
The product is shipped to the address provided by the customer. Please pay attention when filling out your registration at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for any delivery problems due to incorrect address information provided by you. If the address is filled out incorrectly, according to postal service regulations, the product will be returned to the supplier, and no further attempt will be made. In this case, we do not cover free shipping. Reshipment will be subject to payment of the shipping costs. If you cancel the purchase, 40% of the total value will be charged for operational expenses.
In case of delivery delays due to holidays, postal strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances, our store will not be responsible for those days of delay, as this is beyond our control.
