Exchanges and returns will only be accepted within a period of up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the merchandise. DELIVERY TIME

Delivery times for products in Brazil vary from 2 to 4 weeks after dispatch, depending on the region of the country. Product dispatch occurs within 72 hours of payment confirmation. Due to delays caused by the pandemic, delivery times may be extended to up to 60 business days.

We are not responsible for delivery delays as shipping is done through the postal service, which is fully responsible for product delivery.
